Hazaar! is a new breed of content management system designed around one core element.  SIMPLICITY.  It is simple to set up, use and manage and uses the lightweight industry standard SQLite3 database engine to make it ultra fast, yet easy for non tech-savvy users to set up.  It’s also scalable, so when you outgrow SQLite3, you can move over to PostgreSQL or MySQL.
